Carping4Heroes 2013

Carping4Heroes is an annual carp angling event which raises money for Help for Heroes, the event is now in it’s 3rd year and has so far raised over £7000.

The event takes place during a weekend and combines a 24hr match which is competed for by teams from the Army, RAF, Royal Navy & Royal Marines and a team of civilians for various trophies and prizes supplied by our associate sponsors.

Throughout the weekend there are a number of other activity’s for every one to come along and enjoy, which include angling games, a BBQ, an auction and a raffle which is supported superbly by the carp angling community, there will be trade stands for you to visit and special guests, which have included in the past Julian Cundiff, Mark Pitchers, Brian Skoyles and Mark Hogg.

Carping4Heroes 2013 will be held over the weekend of 28th – 30th June 2013 on Damsel Lake which is sited at the Manor Farm Lakes venue in Bedfordshire, details of the event will be updated in our news section including all raffle and auction prizes as well as announcements on those special guests and trade stands who will be coming along. We hope to see you there and if you wish to support Carping4Heroes in the meantime then you can buy wristbands and clothing from this website with proceeds going to Help for Heroes.
